- includes one 60 min initial consult plus 25 weekly 45 min follow up coaching sessions for *$2,250 USD (an 18% savings over 3 mo plan)

3 Month Option (to be completed in 90 days)
- includes one 60 min initial consult plus eleven weekly 45 min follow up coaching session for *$1,250 USD (a 17% savings over one month unlimited plan)

One month unlimited Option (to be completed in 30 days)
- includes one 60 min initial consult plus up to seven 45 min follow up coaching sessions for *$1000 USD

Health & Lifestyle Consult - 60 mins $175

Chinese Herbs & Healing Foods Consult (appropriate if wanting to be prescribed herbal supplements for specific health ailments)

Chinese herbs can be used for many of the conditions people take medications for and have been shown in studies to be helpful for everything from chronic inflammation, hormonal problems, reflux, high cholesterol, to male and female infertility, allergies, and skin problems. A custom formula will be mailed directly to you in either pill or powder form depending on your preference.
