Kelly Clady has been involved in health and wellness for over 30 years. She got her start in the health food and nutritional supplement industry in the 1990s, then went on to earn her 4 yr Master’s of Science degree in Traditional Chinese Medicine in San Francisco in 2004. Just a few short weeks after completing her Master’s Degree, she moved to China where she treated 60-85 patients a day the first year in several Chinese Medicine hospitals in Suzhou and Shanghai. She then went into private house-call practice for another 2 years. After relocating to Massachusetts in 2007, Kelly became certified in Chinese Medicine Pediatrics, and therapeutic qigong.

In addition to her extensive Chinese Medicine skills, Kelly is a certified Emotional Freedom Technique or “EFT" teacher. EFT involves tapping acupressure points to alleviate underlying emotional blockages which contribute to everything from allergies, to anxiety, digestive disturbances, phobias, sleep issues, and headaches.

In early 2021 Kelly underwent training to become a wellness coach by studying with Dr. Howard Schubiner, one of the most renowned contemporary leaders in neuroplastic pain diagnosis and treatment (and who was mentored by the famous late orthopedic surgeon and professor *Dr. John Sarno).

During her coaching consults, Kelly customizes each session to the individual, drawing on a wide array of stress management techniques, simple qigong, positive visualizations and self-talk, non-violent communication skills, EFT tapping, healing foods, lifestyle recommendations, and - her favorite - deprogramming chronic pain responses, and other emotionally-based "neuroplastic" symptoms (such as digestive, autoimmune, and neurological disorders). Kelly had her own case of frozen shoulder improve 85% in 15 minutes of applying this type of mindset to her body which led her to study with Dr. Schubiner .

Kelly leads individuals and groups towards achieving better physical, spiritual, and emotional balance and wellness in all areas of their lives. She is particularly passionate about helping with weight and food issues, women's health, chronic pain, life transitions, passion, and purpose.

*John Sarno. M.D., often referred to as "The best doctor in America," discovered part-way through his career at NYU School of Rehabilitation, that a high percentage of his chronic pain patients did not respond favorably to standard surgical treatment. By doing more detailed health history exploration of significant stressful events in these patients' lives, Dr. Sarno went on to pioneer the idea that chronic pain is often much more directly-related to an overprotective, fear-responsive brain, than to purely structural problems in the body.
